What this site collects, what it does not, and how to change your mind.
The short version: there is nothing to sign up for and nothing to fill in, so we collect nothing of yours. The one exception is visit statistics, which only start if you agree to them and which you can switch off whenever you like.
Who runs this site
This is an independent, unofficial archive about NASKA, maintained by a private individual. It is not affiliated with NASKA, his management or his labels, and it neither receives data from them nor passes any to them.
For anything to do with this notice — including requests for access, correction or deletion — write to [email protected]. Messages sent there are handled by the same person who maintains the archive.
What this site collects
Nothing you have to type. There are no accounts, no forms, no newsletter sign-up and no comments: there is nowhere to enter anything, so there is nothing to collect.
Like any website, the server needs your IP address in order to send you the page you asked for. The server that delivers these pages does not keep a visitor access log.
The only data collection that happens here is Google Analytics, and only if you have agreed to it. If you have not, the tag is never loaded at all: your browser does not contact Google.
Cookies
Exactly one cookie is set without asking you, and its only job is to remember your answer to the consent request — without it, that request would reappear on every page. Everything else depends on your choice.

Visit statistics
If you agree, this site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how many people read it and which pages they are looking for. The data processed is: the pages you visit, the date and time, your language, browser and device type, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and the site you arrived from.
Google Analytics 4 does not store your IP address: it uses it to infer a country and region, then discards it. The data is not used for advertising — the property is not linked to Google Ads, and advertising signals are switched off via Consent Mode.
The provider is Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), acting as data processor. Data may also be processed in the United States by Google LLC, on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the standard contractual clauses.
Event data is kept for the period configured in the Google Analytics property (14 months by default).
The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time, as easily as you gave it, using the button at the foot of every page.
Third-party content
Song lyrics are not hosted here: they are shown through Genius’s official embed. That embed is inserted only at the moment you open a set of lyrics — until you do, your browser never contacts genius.com. From then on, Genius’s own privacy notice applies.
Videos, tracks, tickets and press articles are links that open on the sites they belong to (YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, TicketOne, the publications themselves). None of them are loaded inside our pages: you reach them only if you choose to click, and their own notices apply from that point.
Images, artwork and fonts are served from this same server, not from an external content delivery network.
Your rights
If you are in the European Union you have the right to ask for access to your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You can also withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing already carried out.
Write to [email protected]. Bear in mind that, with no accounts and no access log, the archive itself has no way of linking any data to you as a person: a request about the analytics data should also be addressed to Google.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it), or with the supervisory authority in your own country.
The information published about the artist
This archive collects information that is already public about a public figure: concert dates, releases, press articles and photographs published elsewhere, each with its source and credit. It publishes no private contact details, addresses or other information that the artist or the press has not already made public.
If you are NASKA, his management, or the rights holder of a photograph published here, and you want something corrected or taken down, write to [email protected]: the request is acted on, not argued with.
Changes
If the site changes in a way that makes anything written here inaccurate — a new embedded component, a new measurement tool — this page is updated along with the change, and the date at the top moves with it.
